• Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same working day.

• Next-Day Dispatch: Orders placed after 2:00 PM or during weekends and bank holidays will be processed and dispatched the following business day.

2. Shipping Carriers & Services

We partner with leading UK couriers to ensure your items arrive safely and on time. All our shipments are sent via a Tracked Service. Our primary partners include:

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal.

• Standard Tracked (2-3 Business Days): £3.95

• Express Next-Day Delivery: £5.95

• Free Shipping: We offer free standard tracked shipping on all orders over £50.00

4. Delivery Address & Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

5. Inspection & Damages

We ensure all items are packed to industrial standards. However, please inspect your delivery upon arrival.

• Any shortages or damages must be reported to our support team at info@streamlineproductsltd.com within 48 hours of receipt. This allows us to facilitate a claim with the courier and resolve the issue for you promptly.

At this time, Streamline Products Ltd only offers shipping to addresses within the United Kingdom.
