Returns & Refunds Policy

At Streamline Products Ltd, we aim to provide a transparent and professional service. Our policy is fully compliant with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

1. 14-Day Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods.

• To initiate a return, please contact us at info@streamlineproductsltd.com with your order number.

• Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the items to us.

• Condition: Items must be returned unused, in their original manufacturer’s packaging, and in a resalable condition. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the value of the goods has been diminished by unnecessary handling.

2. Faulty or Damaged Goods

We take quality control seriously, but if an item arrives damaged or faulty, the following applies:

• Within 30 Days: You are entitled to a full refund, including original delivery costs.

• After 30 Days: We will offer a repair or replacement. If a repair or replacement is not possible, you may be entitled to a partial or full refund.

• Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival and report any damages to our team within 48 hours of receipt.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• Change of Mind: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

• Faulty/Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error or a faulty product, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your reasonable shipping costs.

4. Processing Your Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

5. Exemptions

Unless faulty, we cannot accept returns for:

• Perishable goods.

• Personalised or custom-made items.

• Sealed items that have been unsealed (where return is unsuitable for health or hygiene reasons).
